The emblem of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine is a graphite-grey straight equilateral cross with divergent sides, bordered by two silver bars.

In the center of the cross there is a blue round medallion with the image of the Sign of Volodymyr the Great’s Princely State. The medallion has two silver rods, between which there is an inscription “OMNIA VINCIT VERITAS” (from Latin – “TRUTH CONQUERS ALL”) and a decorative dot on a graphite-gray background.

Between the sides of the cross there are images of three crossed arrows with their points upwards and a key with its bit downwards. The bit of the key is stylized as a QR code of the official website of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

The image of the Sign of Volodymyr the Great’s Princely State, arrows, key, as well as the letters of the inscription and the dot are golden.

The flag of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine is a rectangular cloth of graphite- gray color with a width to length ratio of 2:3.

In the upper left quarter of the flag there are two equal horizontal stripes of blue and yellow colors, in the center of the free edge of the cloth there is the emblem of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

The height of the image of the emblem is 2/3 of the width of the flag.

Both sides of the flag are mirror-identical.

The departmental decoration – the badge “Knight of Intelligence” – is awarded to military servicemen and civil employees of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine for a distinguished personal contribution to the development of intelligence agencies of Ukraine, successful organization, carrying out or supporting an intelligence operation, outstanding achievements in service, significant results in intelligence activities (support of intelligence activities), who have served (worked) in the intelligence agencies for more than 10 years and have been awarded other departmental encouraging decorations.

The departmental decoration – the badge “Intelligence Valour” – is awarded to military servicemen and employees of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine for the successful organization, carrying out or supporting an intelligence operation or other tasks involving a risk to life, for the valor and selflessness displayed in the process, who were awarded other departmental encouraging decorations of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

The departmental decoration – the badge “Intelligence Cross” – is awarded to military servicemen and civil employees of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine for impeccable service, exemplary performance of official duties, significant achievements in official activities, fulfillment of tasks assigned by law to the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine and who have been awarded other encouraging decorations of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.

The departmental decoration – the medal “10 Years of Irreproachable Service” – is awarded to military servicemen of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine who have at least 10 years of military service in calendar terms or in service during which they were awarded special ranks (class ranks), achieved high results in combat and service training, are an example of loyalty to the Military Oath and exemplary performance of military duty.

The departmental decoration – medal “15 Years of Irreproachable Service” – is awarded to servicemen of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine who have at least 15 years of military service in calendar terms or in service during which they were awarded special ranks (class ranks), achieved high results in combat and service training, are a model of loyalty to the Military Oath and exemplary performance of military duty.

The departmental decoration – Medal “20 Years of Irreproachable Service” – is awarded to servicemen of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine who have at least 20 years of military service in calendar terms or in service during which they were awarded special ranks (class ranks), have achieved high results in combat and service training, are a model of loyalty to the Military Oath and exemplary performance of military duty.

The departmental decoration – the medal “Veteran of the Service” – is awarded to military servicemen of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine who have at least 25 years of military service in calendar terms or in service during which they were awarded special ranks (class ranks), for long and impeccable service, loyalty to the Military Oath and exemplary performance of military duty.

Commendation from the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine is awarded to military servicemen and civil employees of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine for distinguished personal achievements in service, successful performing or supporting intelligence (special) tasks, significant labor achievements and conscientious work, impeccable service and exemplary performance of military (official) duty.

Certificate from the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine is awarded to military servicemen and civil employees of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine for significant personal achievements in service, successful performing or supporting intelligence (special) tasks, distinguished labor achievements and many years of conscientious work, impeccable service and exemplary performance of military (official) duty, outstanding achievements in the performance of official duties.

Certificate of Appreciation from the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine is awarded to military servicemen and civil employees of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine for significant personal achievements in service, successful performing or supporting intelligence (special) tasks, distinguished labor achievements and many years of conscientious work, impeccable service and exemplary performance of military (official) duty, high professionalism, personal achievements in organizing, performing or supporting an intelligence operation, significant contribution to the development of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine.
