The US Department of Defense has announced a new $425 million military aid package for Ukraine. It includes ammunition for NASAMS and HIMARS systems, Stinger missiles, c-UAS mobile missile systems, air-to-ground munitions, 155mm and 105mm artillery ammunition, TOW anti-tank projectiles, and Javelin and AT-4 anti-tank systems, Stryker armoured personnel carriers, small arms and ammunition, medical equipment, explosive munitions, spare parts, support equipment, services, training and transportation.
“Ukraine has suffered terribly at putin’s hands. But, as I saw again last week in Kyiv, Ukraine stands unbowed — and strengthened”, said US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania Luminiţa Odobescu has said that Ukraine’s Peace Formula remains the only viable option for a comprehensive, just, and lasting peace in Ukraine.
President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel has allowed 60 citizens of the country to join the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

US Special Envoy for the Arctic Michael Sfraga has called the cooperation between the rf and China in the Arctic “concerning signals”.

The Financial Intelligence Service of Latvia has reported blocking the assets of 147 persons subject to sanctions against the rf and the rb. This includes the seizure of 102 real estate properties and 80 vehicles that directly or indirectly belonged to those individuals, blocking of EUR 53.3 million in bank accounts, as well as shares.
In the third quarter, the cost of hosting information in data centers in moscow region increased by 21%, and in st. petersburg and leningrad region – by 9%.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Latvia, the construction of a border fence with a length of about 145 kilometers on the border with the rb has been fully completed.
