hands in Colonel-General shoulder boards to Mykola Malomuzh

The Chief of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine Viktor Baloha congratulated the staff of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine on 15-th anniversary of the SZRU creation and took part in its celebration too. In the salutatory words of the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko, being read by V.Baloha, there was mentioned: "I appreciate everyone, who makes a great contribution into the protection of the national interests of Ukraine by his honorable service. Your patriotism and devotion to duties evoke a feeling of deep respect and honour. I’m sure, you will further redound to the glorious traditions of intelligence officers of all generations and will carry with dignity the high mission to meet external threats to the national security of Ukraine".
Besides, V.Baloha handed in general shoulder boards to those high-ranking officers, whom the President of Ukraine had awarded the rank of major-general. The Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine M.Malomuzh was bestowed the rank of Colonel General.
